On the 5th of September in Milano, Rolling Stone and Sony Pictures hosted the first viewing of Edgar Wright’s film “Baby Driver” at the Fabbrica del Vapore. Guests were greeted to an open-air cinema and were able to take a ride on the WRX. Ale Cattelan, Max Pezzali, Merk & Kremont, Aurora Ramazzotti, Maccio Capatonda, Lorenzo Fragola, Saturnino and Diego Passoni all took part in this special event.

During the Milan Fashion Week, Berenford hosted a private event on a Milanese rooftop, where a live concert by Vic Vegeat treated the guests for the cocktail hours. As the sunset arrived, DJ Moreno entertained the party from atop the roof surrounded by fireworks. 

In occasion of the evening, both Berenford and F.E.V. the creation by Francesca Eleonora Versace, have put their collections on sale for an exclusive price in favour of UNICEF. The partner of the evening was Campari.

With the objective of recreating a corner of Coachella in Milano, on the 12th of June an event took place at the Santeria Social Club where an exhibition dedicated to the photographer and videomaker Fabrizio Cestari’s was presented. A selection of the most rappresentative images taken from the video reportage and photos that were made with the P10 Plus for Rolling Stone during the most famous festival.
During the event, the closing of the Rolling Stone creative competition #RitrattoCoachella was celebrated. The mood of the party in Californian style was amplified by the futuristic soul of Techoir- the italo-greek-nigerian duo, that accompanied the video reportage of the event.

During Milan Design Week 2017, Malloni Design introduce the new GEOD-ETICA Lamp, designed by Architect Lorenzo Malloni as an emercency project to help the places affected by the 2016 earthquakes in Italy.

The lamp has been designed with double utilization, as a pendant lamp or as a standing lamp laying on the floor. The light source finds its place in 3 different and independent spheres, which activate through the contact itself with the lamp’s surface; their placement is up to the user, due to the fact that the magnetic hooking gives several possibilities to the light beam direction. The structure of the Geod-Etica Lamp is made of a metallic sheet of 1mm, laser cut and manual folding to active the geodetic shape with a 50cm diameter. The light points are made of metallic spheres where little led projectors of 2 watt each stand; the ignition starts with the spheres metal hooking to the structure.

Guests were entertained by the Seven People from London dj set during the exclusive cocktail that was held on the 4th of April in the Malloni boutique in Corso Venezia in Milan.

 

 

Belvedere Vodka, the world’s original luxury vodka, has commissioned prominent floral designer Thierry Boutemy to create an immersive nature experience, that was unveiled at the Belvedere Garden during the Milan Design Week in April. The opening cocktail took place on the 3rd of April. 

Boutemy created a beautiful installation made only from the raw materials in Belvedere Vodka and its spring/summer Spritz cocktail collection – superior Polish Dankowskie rye, fresh herbs, citrus and cucumber. The experience is a celebration of the brand’s commitment to natural ingredients and simple cocktails.

The Belvedere Garden, provides a one of a kind green escape from the artificial surrounding of the contemporary city, combining sharp design lines and spaces with refreshing green installations made by the floral designer Thierry Boutemy.

A French aesthete living a simple and peaceful life in Brussels, Thierry Boutemy’s unique point of view and appreciation for nature shine through in his masterfully crafted floral creations. After designing for the set of Sofia Coppola’s iconic film Marie Antoinette in 2006, he became a sought after figure among luxury fashion houses, collaborating with likes of Lady Gaga, Viktor & Rolf, Lanvin and Kanye West and Kim Kardashian-West’s famous wedding at the Belvedere Fort in Florence.

“With my flowers, I try to tell authentic stories and make beautiful poetry,” said Boutemy of his designs. “I always go back to the raw naturalness of things, and evoke emotions in my work that are rooted in minimalism. Often you only need a few ingredients to create poetry, much like Belvedere Vodka,” explains Boutemy. “It’s a pure spirit that doesn’t need additives to taste better or have character – it is exceptional in its simplicity.”
